Angping, Lozada ask for travel permits

Former Manila Congressman and former Chairman of the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Harry Angping who is facing graft complaint has asked the Sandiganbayan to grant his travel request to China from November 7 to 10 for a business mission.
