KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia -- Suspected Filipino insurgents seized a Chinese tourist and a hotel worker from a dive resort in eastern Malaysia and then fled by speed boat, Malaysian and Philippine officials said Thursday. Chinese tourist abducted in Malaysia
