HK renews black travel warning vs PHL

Hong Kong on Monday renewed its black warning travel on the Philippines, citing the effects of super Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) as well as the risk of possible terrorist attacks including on areas frequented by foreigners. In its Dec. 30 update, the Hong Kong Security Bureau said some foreign governments had noted the risk of "possible terrorist attacks." More here: HK renews black travel warning vs PHL
