Sandigan grants Chavit travel permit

The Sandiganbayan has granted former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson permit to travel outside the country this month. Singson on Friday posted a P270,000 travel bond set by the Sandiganbayan Third Division.
