Manila, Philippines - Immigration Commissioner Siegfred B. Mison warned yesterday foreigners against entering the Philippines with fake travel documents. The Bureau of Immigration (BI) arrested two Africans for using fake travel papers at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). This led BI Commissioner Siegfred B.
