Obama's PH visit confirmed

United States President Barack Obama will travel to the Philippines from April 28 to 29, the final leg of his four-nation trip in Asia, the White House National Security Council (NSC) has confirmed. In a statement issued early Tuesday morning, (Tuesday night Manila time), the NSC confirmed that President Obama's first stop will be Japan where he is scheduled to stay from April 23 to 25 ... Mike Arroyo seeks permit to travel

Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has asked the Sandiganbayan to be allowed to travel to Europe from May 17 to June 10 even as he assured the court that he would not evade trial in the graft case filed against him by the government.
