Sandiganbayan permits Singson to go to Macau

Manila, Philippines --- The Sandiganbayan yesterday granted former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis "Chavit" Singson permit to travel to Macau this month. But the anti-graft court’s Third Division, which allowed him to board his flight today, is not allowed to travel elsewhere and should return to the Philippines not later than June 1.
