Graft-accused Mike Arroyo asks permission to go abroad

MANILA, Philippines -- Former first gentleman Jose Miguel "Mike" Arroyo is again asking the Sandiganbayan to allow him to travel abroad amid graft charges over the Philippine National Police (PNP) helicopter mess.
