Toll-free holidays eyed to avoid congestion at tollgates

MANILA, Philippines--As holidaymakers motor back to Manila this weekend, Sen. Vicente Sotto III is proposing toll-free passage for motorists at the expressways during holiday-related days to avoid congestion at the tollgates.
