‘No plate, no travel’ policy will be back soon – LTO

Manila, Philippines --- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) said it will soon re-implement its “no plate, no travel” policy as it reminded automobile dealers to claim the new standard motor vehicle and motorcycle plates that are gathering dust in regional offices nationwide.
