MANILA - Two former top officials of the Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation (PADC), an attached agency of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), were charged before the Sandiganbayan for failing to liquidate their travel expenses in 2006. Ebola - Nepal Issues Travel Advisory Not To Visit West African Countries

KATHMANDU, Aug 15 (Bernama) -- Nepal has issued travel advisory urging its citizens not to visit any of the four Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) affected West African countries namely Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Guinea as a part of precaution to prevent the disease from entering and spreading into Nepal.
