(Source: Congress of the Philippines) A lawmaker has filed a bill that seeks to declare the Capisaan Cave System in the Municipality of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya as a tourism zone. Deputy Speaker Carlos Padilla (Lone District, Nueva Vizcaya) filed House Bill 4127 mandating the Department of Tourism (DOT) to accord priority development to the cave by declaring it a tourist destination....
